Wendy Ezell is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. She is a member of the AICPA and Texas Society of
CPAs. Ms. Ezell has specialized in state and local taxation for the past 12 years. She practices as a registered agent for
property tax matters.
Ms. Ezell has worked at Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton solving tax issues for multinational corporations as well
as med and small businesses.
In addition to her SALT experience, Ms. Ezell has expertise in federal taxation and consulting.

Grapevine High School Football and Basketball as well as other local organizations.
